Yarndale, Inside Crochet Challenge Halloween makes

It's been quite a while, but now I'm back to blogging again. Not sure why, perhaps it the change in the seasons....

What have I been up to...

I have decided to turn one of my outbuildings into an art studio. Just some form of heating to set up and then I can experiment with all sorts of media without worrying about spills and splodges.

Cobwebs like you wouldn't believe...

Had a fun time at Yarndale last month. Soz no photos but whilst there, along with a friend, we signed up for a years subscription to Inside Crochet magazine. We then decided to challenge ourselves to make something from the magazine before the next issue arrived.

Phew, just made it. I used embroidery floss instead of the thread suggested, and had no earring fixings, but I'm sure my granddaughter will like them.

We have set up a Pinterest page about our makes 'Inside Crochet Challenge' where we can 'pin' our efforts. Thinking about the purse before the next issue.

Well, it's great to be back.
